Martha Briggs Educational Club Scholarship Applications

The Martha Briggs Educational Club is pleased to announce the availability of its 2022 scholarship application. There are two distinct scholarships available. One or more Martha Briggs Educational Club Scholarships will be awarded to students of color to continue their education in any degree area. The Jane C. Waters Scholarship is dedicated to assist high school seniors who are students of color to continue their studies in the field of education. 2022 Scholarships will be awarded to deserving Greater New Bedford area students who graduate from high school in June 2022. 

In 2021 Martha Briggs Educational Club awarded eighteen scholarships that totaled $16,000. 

The application form and announcement letter are available by contacting the guidance offices of the high school which the student attends.
