The Dedee Shattuck Gallery presents the works of Irish painter Molly Judd, one of the most gifted young figurative painters working today.
The artist talk is on Sunday, June 12 at 3 p.m., with the opening reception from 5–7 p.m. The exhibit will run through Saturday, July 23. Gallery hours are Wednesday–Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Molly Judd, born in 1991, began her studies at the Florence Academy of Art in 2009. In 2011, she started an apprenticeship with world-renowned Norwegian painter Odd Nerdrum, studying with Nerdum at his atelier in Norway and Paris from 2011 until 2013. Molly continues to paint from her studio in Medellín, Colombia.
