Kombucha Tea Making Workshop

Participants will receive their own SCOBY (symbiotic biological culture of bacteria and yeast) and starter brew and will leave with their first batch of kombucha ready to ferment. They will learn how fermentation works, how to make a basic kombucha recipe, create flavors, and maintain a kombucha-making system. A clean quart-sized mason jar or another wide-mouth glass container with a lid is required.
