Hunger Heroes Food Drop Spring Edition

March 25

Stop by Aldi in Dartmouth on Saturday, March 25 to drop off items for the United Way’s Hunger Heroes wish list to help them package 1,000 meal packs for kids to have over school vacation week.

The United Way is looking for no or low prep food items (full list below). Volunteers will be on site to collect the items. Meal packs will be packaged at the Hunger Heroes Event on April 1.

What is needed:

  • Cereal
  • Peanut Butter
  • Jelly
  • Fruit & applesauce cups
  • Mac & Cheese
  • Granola Bars
  • Kid-Friendly Snacks – the healthier the better! (dried fruit, pretzels, trail mix, etc.)
  • Please no expired items, family sized packages, or glass containers.
