Event Series Event Series: GO FISH Camp

GO FISH Camp

April 17 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Applications for GO FISH Camp are due March 31. Campers will learn about four of New Bedford’s fisheries, focusing on sustainability in commercial fishing. They’ll study groundfish, lobsters, scallops, and oysters. There will be field trips, visits from scientists and fishermen, games and crafts, and much fun.
This camp is only for current 4th graders residing in New Bedford. Applications are due March 31. Campers will be selected through a blind lottery process and notified by April 7.
