To support New Bedford’s commercial fishing community, the event is hosted by the Greater New Bedford Waterfront Task Force at Leonard’s Wharf from 8 a.m. to noon on Monday, Aug. 28.
Free services include:
- Tetanus immunizations
- Health and blood pressure screening
- Nutrition and health information
- Overdose education
- Narcan distribution
- Lifejackets for fishermen rebate options
- Local, state and federal regulations information
