His 2007 album ‘Back Door Slam’ attracted rave reviews, national television appearances (Jimmy Kimmel Live, Good Morning America), extensive triple-A radio airplay, and two Billboard Blues charting albums. Since then, Dave Knowles has independently released two more studio albums, 2014’s ‘The Outsider’ and ‘Three Miles From Avalon,’ which also charted on the Billboard Blues chart.
