Crepe Paper Parrot Tulips

The Tulip petals, sepals, and leaves will be traced, cut, and shaped from paper and painted with pastels, professional quality crepe paper, wire, and other media that will add realism to our creations. The flowers, sepals, and leaves will be assembled using glue, floral wire, and floral tape.
