Cosmic Jibaros’ sound is a mixture of rock, Puerto Rican roots, Caribbean rhythms, and global influences. Primarily sung in Spanish by bandleader Rick Reyes, the songs are laced with social and political overtones, and energized by the pulse of congas, timbales, and effects-laden guitar work.
