The New Bedford city Council Sub-Committee on Finance will meet at 7 p.m. on Monday, May 22 in city council chambers at City Hall.
On the agenda:
- Motion requesting a summary report detailing current and past due commercial, industrial, municipal and residential accounts for water and wastewater billings.
- A loan order for $20 million to finance the cost of projects in the city’s Long Term CSO Control and Integrated Capital Improvement Plan.
- An order authorizing three school bus transportation contracts for the 2023-26 school years.
- An order allowing the Mayor to negotiate the salary of and hire an associate city solicitor by June 30.
