Committee on City Property

The Committee on City Property will meet at 7 p.m. on March 14 in city council chambers at City Hall.

On the agenda:

  • A letter from Bradford Bourque regarding the Clark Cove Beach Nourishment Project
  • A motion requesting a meeting with the Low Tide Yacht Club and Fort Rodman Marine Educational Association to discuss the educational program held between May 15 and Sept. 15 at Fort Taber and discuss issues with meetings and services that the Low Tide Yacht Club provides after the 8 p.m. closing of Fort Taber.
  • A Request for Proposal for the sale of the airport’s vacant lot on the east side of Mt. Pleasant Street
  • An order requesting appraisals and an Order of Taking for land located on County Street from Nelson to Union for the purpose of roadway paving, sidewalk construction, traffic signal upgrades, tree plantings and new green infrastructure areas.
