The New Bedford City Council Committee on Affordable Housing and Homeless Affairs will meet at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 20 at City Hall.
The only item on the agenda is a public hearing with the Greater New Bedford Landlord Association, the Greater New Bedford Association of Realtors and city residents to discuss the possibility of rent stabilization.
