Come Sing with Sippican Choral Society
September 11 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Membership in the Sippican Choral Society’s non-audition chorus is open to singers of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, and communities.
Under the spirited direction of conductor Darry Dolezal and accompanied by local pianist Michelle Gordon, the chorus will rehearse on Mondays from 7:30-9:30 p.m. at the Wickenden Chapel. The first open rehearsal will be Monday, Sept. 11. The doors will open at 7 p.m. Participants are encouraged to arrive early to greet fellow singers, register, and pick up their music packet. For singers who choose to stay the dues are $40, payable no later than the third rehearsal with cash or check. The chorus especially needs tenor and bass singers.
The annual Winter Concert will be Saturday, Dec. 9, at 7 p.m., at the Wickenden Chapel and will feature John Rutter’s masterful musical setting of the Latin “Gloria” with a full brass orchestra. For concert details and more information on membership and the Society in general, visit sippicanchoralsociety.org.
