Fitness in Cushman Park is back, celebrating 11 years of free outdoor exercise. Summer boot camp begins June 23 and will run every Thursday from 8:30 a.m. through Aug. 25. A certified personal trainer (A.F.P.A.), Wayne Goulart, leads the class consisting of various exercises. The goal is to build functional strength and core stability with circuits utilizing light dumbbells and bodyweight exercises.
