Viva Fall River hosts the Downtown Spooky Stroll from 2-5 p.m. on Halloween. The trick-or-treat adventure takes place before the Greater Fall River Re-Creation Halloween Party. The all-ages gathering will feature spooky treats from over 25 businesses. Don your Halloween best and prepare for a spooky good time.
