An Adventure of Yoga and Art

Yoga Es Vida will lead a kid’s yoga session at K&A Creations. After yoga, the children will have a light snack and work on a Positivity Box craft. They will each decorate a box and fill it with positive affirmations. Later, if they have a time when they feel down or are having a negative moment, they can pick out a positive statement to lift them.
Registration is required due to limited space.
