Amythyst Kiah at Narrows

Amythyst Kiah is a versatile singer/songwriter from Tennessee. A soulful mix of old-time folk, blues, country, modern rock, and R&B forms the basis of her music. She self-released her first solo album in 2012 and toured internationally before joining Our Native Daughters. The band’s acclaimed 2019 debut album “Songs of Our Native Daughters” was led by Kiah’s hit “Black Myself.” The song earned a Grammy nomination for Best American Roots Song and won Song of the Year at the 2019 Folk Alliance International Awards.
The opening act is Ugandan vocalist, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Jon Muq.
Tickets are $28 in advance and $30 on the day of the show.
