Titanic Anniversary Event

The New Bedford Film Society and New Bedford Food Tours host this Titanic Event. The program starts at the Whaling Museum at 11:30 a.m. with pre-show programming and activities. With period-inspired snacks from Scuttlebutt Coffee House, a live violinist, and a scavenger hunt for the “Heart of the Ocean” necklace, this day will be so entertaining for fans of the 1997 blockbuster. Costumes are encouraged.
The film screening will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the Museum’s Cook Memorial Theater. Following the film, first-class ticket holders can enjoy a 5:00 p.m. prix fixe dinner at Little Moss Restaurant, which will re-imagine the final meal served in first class that fateful night.
